TapRate is a practical tool that allows you to conveniently measure and calculate heart and respiratory rates using your iPhone or Apple Watch. All you need to do is assess a radial pulse rate or observe a respiratory rate, and then tap!

After collecting a few samples, TapRate will promptly display your rates. By practicing with this app, you can enhance your skills and achieve greater accuracy. If you work in the healthcare field (as a nurse, EMT, etc.), it is advisable to compare the rates obtained through TapRate with those acquired via traditional methods or diagnostic instruments.
