Changelog:	Fixed a problem on the watch where some views couldn't be dismissed. Additionally, added the ability to select the rate at which the display changes to the color red to indicate tachycardia or tachypnea. You can also disable this feature by setting the rapid rate value to 0 (off). You can also play a sound every time a tap is made.
